In 1990, Emma, a young and strong willed woman, begins her personal challenge: to transform her passion into her job. She succeeds.

Thanks to the seriousness and care of her work, Emma gains the esteem and confidence of a big number of customers. After few years she has the necessity to change the workshop and “L’angolo della Pasta” becomes a real handicraft business that involves all the family. Now the bigger shop offers new services: gastronomy and catering. Today, after twenty years, “L’angolo della pasta” is a synonym of quality and respect for the customer.
